All income and expenses from short-term rentals must be claimed with your annual taxes. We provide monthly invoicing, receipts for expenses, as well as year end reporting and a tax checklist to ensure you have all of the information you need.
A business license is required in Kelowna to operate short-term rentals. We help you through the process of applying from start to finish. The current costs are $345 for principal residences and $750 for non-principal residences annually.
